The CM Punjab Rehmat Card 2026 is a welfare card launched by the Punjab government to help deserving widows, double parent orphans (parentless children). In the program, beneficiaries who meet the specified requirements are eligible to get Rs. To meet their basic needs and enhance their quality of life, 100,000 were provided.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must be a needy and deserving Muslim widow or a double-parent orphan eligible for Zakat under Shariah.
- Must not be a habitual beggar.
- Must not be a government employee or pensioner.
- Must not be Sahib-e-Nisab.
- Must not already be receiving regular financial assistance under another Government of Punjab welfare scheme.
Only applicants meeting all eligibility conditions will be considered for assistance.

- Valid and updated CNIC showing widow status.

- Child’s valid B-Form.
